We have only 2 criteria for the order we process applications: 1) nearest move in to the date unit is available to be rented 2) order that the completed applications are received.If we had a unit for rent that would be rent ready Jan 15 and have multiple applications, the application processed first is the one who can move in the fewest days after Jan 15.  

I'd love to hear more to about how we may be able to work together and help our clients maximize their investments.  

In fact, just finished one that I have yet to put on the market. 

I highly encourage everyone to view the property before putting money down, but that's not ideal for many of them, so I do allow them to rent "sight unseen," but I am very open with them to ensure they don't show up and back out.1.

You're also trying to raise another $100k to rehab the property to get it leased up.
