Hi Jarret,I am still searching what would work best but it sounds like the Chicago market would work best for house hacking, possibility in multi-family units but I am also interested in BRRRR if there is the right opportunity.

Asking price is $998,0002 duplex units on 1 acre in good location.It's been on the market for a while, so I believe we could offer slightly above $900,000 and be considered.I would increase the rent after updating each unit.

I'd like to think I have *some* advantage in that the newer units are asking $2450-2800 for rents, whereas I'm happy at $2k.For 3 years I've had not ONE tenant problem.
