Look we were all teenagers at some point in our life and experimented a little bit....but if you didn't grow out of it, it might be detrimental....I live in a NO POT state.....so what happens if I walk in and my tenant(s) have marijuana in the open and it smells like it?

Possibilities include: building a portfolio of carefully chosen condos; in-city rooming houses; and renting out to marijuana-related businesses.  

I had to deal with my house being turned into a marijuana farm, people loosing jobs and going through a lot of apps to find tenants I was happy with.
