Just bought our first house hack and inherited some month to month tenants.

My kids will inherit these one day.I'm laughing stupidly every month as my massive tax free money grows every month.

During this year, I've experienced inheriting a crooked property manager I let go on day 1 that tried collecting rents from tenants weeks after, an eviction (same person) and a successful lawsuit against a non performing seller that backed out the day of closing. 

@Raj SinghWhen you inherit tenants there really isn’t screening… they are already there… you are the new person… not them.  

We have began to target Listing Agents, in an attempt to find connections, but are wondering if there are specific agencies that specialize in this market that we should be targeting, to lessen the effort?

Investor one is someone with something small like 10 or 15 M that just got into inheritance or luck.

My mother inherited property and she wants to pass it over to me. 

a lot would have to do with whether or not your grandparents estate went through probate; whether your grandparents had a will; whether financial consideration and the amount of consideration was paid for the property by your uncles; any other relatives and who they are; state law for inheritance if your grandparents died intestate, etc.  

My wife inherited a property and are not trying to finance it to pay off the other heir.
