Note I am not referring to legit funds that some some companies have for people to invest in. 

I question if there is any large city market in the US where the typical financed purchased rent ready listing is not cash flow negative when using legit underwriting of expected expenses for small unit counts.Take both those facts together and this is near the worst time ever to purchase a financed, rent ready unit.  

Just wondering if this is legit and has anyone used it before? 

Some legit interest and some feel it is overpriced.

Unless the booking comes from a direct booking site that is obviously legit, you NEVER EVER rent a place off the OTA!

Its not even the risk of getting sued, most platforms (that are legit and operate in the US) won't even authorize your campaign if it looks scammy or that you don't have consent.

@Alecia Loveless is not (I don't think) doing a legit Home Inspection with legal ramifications and all that (Inspector gets sued becuase he missed a pinhole leak somewhere for instance).

Send a thank you for meeting followup e-mail, remind of criteria, show em you appreciate it which shows you ARE legit in your desire. 

The legit answer is that if you're doing it above board, then you should set up your own listing.

Lock in effect is legit.
