@Brian Payne Yes, Jump right in is a strategy that has worked for many, however, I want to create an experience for them so I get repeat & referral business.

The door leaves 0 room next to the vanity and to the right when you walk in is a toilet with a cabinet above.

Meanwhile these same service providers don't explain the legal process which ties into how the insurance coverage truly works let alone explain how to utilize additional insured status, indemnification clauses amongst many other tools at your disposal  because that is not a profitable business for these service providers to be in. I
