I wasn't around hosting during the COVID days & certainly sounds like they should've honored the hosts cancellation policies but know COVID threw a wrench into everything, no matter the industry.

Anyone dissing Jerry, or anyone else out there who is genuinely putting in the work and deserves every penny they EARNED - In addition to dropping gems that are unmatched in the industry are either under a rock, or don't know what they're talking about because they haven't put in 2 mins of the work to give the man a chance.

I have been investing since 2008 and have purchased everything from single families and duplexes, to 250+ unit multifamily, to assisted living, to shopping centers, to industrial and more.

Thus, an entire scam industry has arisen where, for a few bucks, you too can have your very own "emotional support peacock".

Seems like we're in really similar spots in terms of what we currently manage and where we want to go.
