I've never been to Porto Santo but Madeira is incredible - it's what drew us to Portugal originally.

I ended up not even going STR after digging into her projections and finding out they were not realistic and were just based on city-wide data.

We just discovered a crack in the concrete slab foundation that is a borderline major problem:- It is a vertical crack about 1/8 inch wide that is at least 9ft long, which is causing a 3/4 inch drop in the flooring and some evidence of old (luckily) limited moisture and termite intrusion. - BUT, it also appears old and probably a symptom of the original house settling.

DSCR loans are widely available to first time investors, but they are considered business purpose loans and you will be required to sign documents stating that neither you nor any family member will occupy the property as your or their primary residence as long as that loan is in place. 

We are looking for lenders that understand the market (we are in Lousiana and are casting a wide net due to flexibility) and that will fund our first deal(s).

It’s incredible to see how these investments are paying off, and I’m on track to hit the six-figure mark in revenue by the end of the year (With just the two airbnbs I was already on track to hit that figure, the third Airbnb will definitely help haha!).
