My 3BR rents range from $1,425 to $2,000 which shows why it is almost impossible to give you meaningful rent data without you being more specific.At this point, I wouldn't discount the online systems such as Zillow so much.

Bringing your family along also puts a serious damper on that the primary purpose of the trip was actually for business - not impossible, but in my eyes it definitely taints it in a way that you really want to ensure everything is buttoned down on the business purpose and the actual business activity that occurred.

My title company has told me that it is impossible to do a simultaneous closing using only the end-buyers’ money to fund the transaction on a wholesale deal as they say it is considered a “dry closing” and is illegal in the state of Virginia.Someone from the title company also told me that there is a limit on the number of assignment deals that you can do before you are forced to get a real estate license or it is considered brokering without a license.
