I look forward to interacting with everyone and immersing myself further in this great library of real estate information. 

I'm trying to find the time to immerse myself in all the resources, there just aren't enough hours in the day it seems :)  For now, I believe I need to focus on figuring out the Kodiak scene- something I don't have a good measure on yet, but as I grow in my knowledge and outreach I'll hopefully be able to report back.  

How do you immerse yourself in the data?

Be immersed in the business everyday and see how the operations work.

I get a lot of calls from folks who want to learn more about multifamily, but some of them haven't actually immersed themselves in the subject to get a good feel for it.Hope this helps.

Other than that, I have so much downtime and still so much to learn/experience, which makes me feel like there are things I could be doing every day to immerse myself in real estate investing even further.

My goal is to acquire my first deal within a year so within July/17-July/18 and I will try to post more keeping track of my journey and I look forward to getting immersed in the BP community!
