Regarding the Zelle versus Avail issue, I would advise choosing your battles wisely - as with many aspects of life.

While I don’t regret anything in my life if I was to go back in time I would finish the real estate degree and go into something real estate when I graduated at 22 instead of doing it half-as**ed for years.

In theory they've tried all they can and are stuck on stupid feeling there life is about to be burnt to the ground. 

Grind it out for 5-10 years like this and you’ll be set for life.
