I rely on wholesalers, MLS, other investors and word of mouth for my deals.  

I have a happier but embarrassed tenant who I helped figure out the deployed partner missed the disconnect notices and no service issue.

For us, it has created a better partnership and resulted in less vacancy, happier (and cleaner) tenants, and ultimately more cashflow and less headache. 

Building would put me at a 5 minute drive to work vs 30 min currently and we would be down sizing bringing our mortgage payment down and we’d be in a happier place.

Florida is tasting some of it's own blood in their mouth with the HOI issues, the HOA issue is just going to make it work.

What is the fee structure for acquisition / disposition / that’s a lot of mouths to feed.

It seems to me far too many have gone too in depth of guesstimating meaning of there speak, with too little simple listening to the actual words coming out of there mouths. 

It left a bad taste in my mouth that they tried to negotiate the rate down so they could pocket more of the 4K a month the employer is paying for their lodging....plus he's an insurance adjuster so I worry about him trying to pull some kind of "injury" scam while he is here.Applicant B: Long term.
