No open flames/candles of any kind2.

No portable kerosene/gas/incense burning; limit candle burning; no excessive odorous chemicals/sprays/vapors; restrict toilets to biological waste and tissue paper; keep drains clear No BBQ’s or open fires in units or under eaves, canopies, porches.

Put out candles, febreeze products, or whatever it is.

Then keep burning the candle at both ends and build up a bigger cash reserve.Cash is king. 

However, they just had a major accident while melting a candle in a pan on the stove. 

I'm from Louisville and love some of the local spots but it doesn't hold a candle to Austin with the food scene here

But, I have also financed a single tenant industrial building where a candle manufacuturing company was the tenant.

The damages are worse in certain rooms of the house but are too extensive to clean, they appear to be wine/soda, hair dye, and candle wax.

We purchased a home that had cat pee soaked carpet, covered up by scented candles when we viewed the property.

Towels & candles in the bathrooms (Hobby Lobby), colorful flowers (not fake) & red candles in the kitchen (add some color) curtains for the kitchen and bedrooms (IKEA), Items from the Dollar Store, any 2nd hand store but make sure you wash the item and it doesn't smell and is in good shape.
