I have a duplex near a Mini Mart gas station and people are constantly throwing their trash on my property.

But the city has risks too: historic tanneries, dry cleaners, gas stations, garages, workshops, any kind of industrial use - always be suspicious of what people did with chemicals back in the 50s and 60s when the general population had no awareness of the damage

Additionally, you'll be making a lot of decisions on the plans today that will drastically affect the cost of your build later, so get a GC lined up now that you can run questions past like gas in the building or all electric, if it's a duplex how do I get away with no house meter for the electric so I only have two meters and not a house meter you have to pay for, etc.

So if you're at Home Depot or the gas station, better be prepared to do some thumb typing while people wait in line behind you.

HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, Roof leaks, etc. 

I am debating whether i should just fix the shower pan. or, rebuild shower as well just in case water leak is coming from shower walls. what do you think? 

I recently saw a Bitcoin ATM in a gas station of all places. 

Should be a simple half day job unless trees gas lines ect are in the way.. 

Then there are calls about all sorts of minor stuff - and just odd behavior, like calling the gas company at midnight because they thought they smelled rotten eggs….. getting our gas shut off for a day, bringing over questionable house guests, bringing over a small dog and housing it without asking, and just overall kind of being a mess.
