A 5 gallon bucket at Home Depot is about 150.00 that will easily do 3 rooms I doubt you'd need more than 15 gallons to do a interior.  

If Calcimine (wet sponge turns white with one wipe) then you've got to use KalCote $60/gallon Contractor price $40 but have them shake it twice.
