How do you know if a neighborhood is C class as an out of state investor? 

Any advice for someone trying to buy their first duplex and house hack? 

There are Class A industrial projects underway and the development of a large retailer.

@Joseph Gary there are Class B Neighborhoods in Detroit and most of the Ring Cities (suburban cities touching Detroit) are now Class B.We've got it all mapped out @ our website.DM us if you'd like to discuss more:)

If you can get in on a live goal setting all day class with Steve, I think it was one of the best classes I've ever been to.
