Without getting specific into one program over another provided by the so called 'gurus', I have noticed one thing in common: Their presentations are always prepared to pull your legs with false or inaccurate facts about their products.

We're also talking a max loan term of ten years, not 30.The myth that they only depreciate is prevalent, but mostly false (of course any investment can depreciate, even SFH mortgages).

If it is false it’s pretty elaborate including long history with hundreds of connections on linked in.

A walk through inspection could allow you to rule out alot of tenant related issues of false mold.  

In 20 years of land lording I have never had a case of false identity (that I know of).I don't think this is worth wasting mental energy on.

Negotiating compensation for the false advertisement currently.

@Hira Y. let's say you file this complaint and they have to expend time & money defending themselves and they are found innocent.If I were them, I'd charge you for their time and money spent in defense of a false accusation.Where is that money going to come from?

This was fraudulent false advertising and misinformation.I demanded that they buy back my properties. at the price I had paid them, to reverse their scam, and they refused to respond.

Sounds like you have had a couple of false starts on getting the right investment property secured.

There is also an army of dirt-bag's selling false dreams pretending to be that but are anything but.
