In our trade, I would not expect any owner or GC to get this correct since our industry is extremely specialized.

@Travis Boyd Outside of instances where FHA or other extremely advantageous financing options exist I am a proponent of the LLC for investment real estate although the liability piece is overstated.

They have received extremely nominal amounts of relief on over 20 houses they’ve researched and comped to get an abatement.

If you do source this information, you may start with the note and go to greater extremes should that not work.
