It didn't change my algorithm ranking and I ended up eating some of the cleaning cost unless I wanted to be completely out of whack with my market (I'm already on the higher end).

Any input you have on transferring an existing AirBNB or rental to keep within the algorithm... similarly, I would like to cross market where the existing or the property mgmt company lists to get more interest.

I have had it an unusually long time due to anything that could go wrong did...bad weather, bad GC and back and forth getting the engineer plans through since it is a FEMA zone home.

To make extra sure it appraises high enough for the refinance, this would be after I talk to an inspector and get a few GCs to bid the job, might also get a structural engineer to come up with a repair plan for the GCs to look at when getting me bids.

I have heard developing an rv park one should budget $30k per space, which seems high to me but, all the 50 amp underground power, waste plumbing, possible lift stations, pads for rv's concrete use areas, pavement, landscaping, engineering, surveys, sitework etc, maybe?

You will have to talk to your Local MLS, they should have a feed that you can provide to your database engineer, pretty much the same way Zillow gets all the MLS data.
