Renting the entire home as everyone has said will yield lower cash flow but if you have a family renting the home you're less likely to encounter issues with tenants. 

Despite these attractive features, I've encountered challenges in securing qualified renters, as the property has been on the market for the past 30 days.

Do the best you can but the face to face encounters are always the most effective in my opinion.

It is gated, secure, a larger resort, with hotels, restaurants, shops, scuba, snorkeling, a dolphin encounter, etc.It has a marina and golf course.

So you’re telling me people went to a dealership walked in the showroom said they wanted to purchase this specific car with this sticker price , sat down at the desk and someone else walked in and wanted to buy the same car and then the dealer made them bid for the car?

For example, I've recently encountered more potential 203K/renovation loan deals, which has led me to actively seek out HUD Consultant contacts.

They can see the progress they have made over the years and hopefully it will help build confidence in them for those dark days all real estate investors eventually encounter.
