I think that is the right way to start until I grow, and eventually buy a property and then figure out an exit strategy.

I’ve seen folks pick up land in similar setups.. sure, maybe not always in Wyoming, but in pockets around San Antonio where people said, ‘Oh, that’s just dry scrubland,’ adn now those owners are sitting pretty with properties they can eventually develop or flip.

We will continue to observe the performance of this property and eventually will build a second house next to it.

Still hoping to get something in Tulum, Playa del Carmen, or Puerto Aventuras eventually though. 

Eventually I had problems with Regions getting wires out on a timely basis.

If I was the originator on this loan (loan officer, lender, or whatever title is used), I would have made this restriction very clear to my borrower if they had explained that they wanted to eventually use the property as a rental.

With another we're 5 building for eventual sale.

The property sat on the market another 3 months and eventually sold for $25,000 less than I was under contract for.

So, it sounds like you may be working outside the system which could eventually bite you.
