Well turns out, the city is now rezoning multifamily zones--despite moving closer and closer to rent control because we're in a "housing crisis"--to cut the allowable square footage IN HALF from what we can build today.

I did work in RE in Spain actually, at the bottom of the financial crisis I started an investment advisory firm and we focused in commercial.For my next stage, I want to do multifamily and I do not see the appeal to do it in Spain right now (laws clearly favor the tenant and can make your life quite hard as a landlord).Are you currently investing there?

This was determined to be not sufficient to carry out the demands levied against the service so the USMC numbers have been growing over the past few years and thought it appears to change yearly, the actual authorized manning numbers are approved and projected forward several years so any short term war/crisis will have to be handled with current manning and reserves.

In the event of a cash crisis they may very well be coming to you with receipts in hand.The “hood” must be going upscale though, I don’t provide a/c units in my bucolic area.
