With that said, we have to try - so I've sort of pieced together bits and pieces from experienced investors I've met in person, podcasts, books, forums, information I've heard/seen get brought up multiple times, etc. and tailored it to my style/what I believe will lead to success (for me).I've attached a screen shot of what I'm currenlty targeting, but treating it like a diet/workout plan...

Of course there is the issue of a strict diet.

There were many frugal years, no social life unless she could paint or drywall, junker cars & a company overtime meal diet of KFC etc.

We have to have diets where we lose 10 pounds in  two weeks, and the late night infomercials tell us we can get rich quick.

any good lease would legally provide for no subleasing, drug use etc, and give you rite to evict and have financial penalties in the event either of those occurred.Meth lab would require professional detox of the house, and as it gets into the walls,I don't know how you could sell the house after disclosing.

It is like dieting , needing to lose 50 pounds and losing 25.

Those who like cheese seem to also have a warm spot in their diet for mold.

I might even buy some value-add for cheap just so I can work - it's the best diet ever. 

The pizza place around the corner keeps sending me mail even after i told them i was on a diet, but the police department won't do anything about it.
