Try to simplify your first deal as much as possible (the deal you described is over my head and definitely outside of my risk tolerance).

Would it be best for me to come in as an investor/contractor as one business entity and her and her family come in as partner in a separate entity. 

Maybe I could leverage my other business but I don’t know the requirements for that as we do have outstanding loans already 

I saw in Charlotte Business journal that housing supply increased in January and continues to increase into February.  

We currently use Stripe as a payment option for debit/credit cards and tenants do NOT have to set up a Stripe account.We have integrated RingCentral into our business as it has one dashboard for: slack-type internal chat, phone, text, fax, video calls.

BP is a great place to learn the business.

The people who are successful, probably are already in the business or have some background and really do not generate any more knowledge from the training.

The IRS sees that as taxable income, even if you never physically touched the money.Now, the good news is you might be able to offset it as a business expense.
