This means that you will probably need to pay registration and filing fees in at least 2 states if you don’t buy CA property as a CA resident.Any lawsuits should be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced, some debate as to SMLLC).

Like I am debating to refinance this one property currently to have 20k in reserves but then debating if I should buy something turnkey to cash flow $500, though that refinance payment would go up.Just trying to see if should grind it out currently or refinance this one property that could get me another rental or try to use that on BRRR property.
