If you really want to build 'affordable housing' - and the debate is still open if that is indeed an issue and how and why.... then the first thing to do is get the govt to go away.

Lots of Gen Zers and even millennials got their downpayments from boomer parents, it's not up for debate.

Like I am debating to refinance this one property currently to have 20k in reserves but then debating if I should buy something turnkey to cash flow $500, though that refinance payment would go up.Just trying to see if should grind it out currently or refinance this one property that could get me another rental or try to use that on BRRR property.
