Hi @Jake Larson I agree with Brian Erlich it's called a paired sales analysis.

Overseas you have currency exchange rates timing and other issues.

Just get a good pair of shoes, if you know what I mean.  

In China it is a product of currency control.  

Time is your currency, so put it to work.  

We flip homes, manage rental properties, and help pair real estate investors with great properties.

My observation from being close to some of these individuals is that there are two main reasons why they often don't invest with other investment managers:1-they don't know them (trust)2-they don't like/know about their track record (competence)Since my current track record in producing returns through RE investing is non-existent, the only currency that I have going for me is my character.

You shold always get one, it's only a few hundred dollars and for that you get another pair of eyes that are looking for issues.

Franchise Taxes, Secretary of State, IRS Filings)Lawyer, Accountant, Bookkeeper...and you'll need a special evaluation process for YOUR country based on the US Tax Rules/Israel Tax Rules and Currency Exchange Rates.As you can see, going this route is not easy but doable. 

For some, I think pairing up with an investor is wise.
