That didn't get any of my money back from the crook but it sure felt good 😊 

Wire fraud, identity theft, fake sellers, fake buyers stealing things from listings… all these things are common these days and agents always get named in the resulting law suits because they carry E&O insurance.

(caught my book keeper stealing) and since then i do most of my rentals in Excel wich was very easy until recently because i have many entities. but since we have grown i think its time to just pay for Quick books and track rentals in there.

And again this is where you have to go back to the intent of the legislation, it wasn’t to have more double closing’s, it was to stop shady individuals from stealing equity from old people, and agian just because you can maybe find a loophole in the law doesn’t mean a judge or jury is gonna interpret that way.The terms I am using are totally irrelevant to the law? 

Not trying to steal your ideas, but would you be willing to send me a couple example pictures of the extent of your theming?  

They know you can't kick them out tomorrow, so they will continue stealing from you until things get serious.

In that scenario renting may have been the better path.Unless you see a huge upside where you bought it for a steal where a quick sell makes sense 2 years later, I would encourage you to think longer term - even if you move.  

I almost never see scam accounts on bigger pockets but this just seems like a sad attempt to steal your money.You will learn so much more from this free community than you ever will from an expensive course.
