@Zeke Nickie So far the only two times I’ve crashed and burned in real estate has been when I’ve been involved with a partner so just be super careful if this is the path you choose to pursue.

This was in early 2016 when there were still a lot of foreclosures on the market and REOs from the aftermath of the 08 housing crash.

My day of wanting to buy a Jet is long gone :) that crashed and burned in 09 when the economy tanked and I had to start over.

I was wondering did Cleveland market crash really bad in the last Real estate crash in 2008-2011? 

There will always be people talking about this "crash" or "correction" that is just around the corner. 

Now, 45% of investors believe the economy could head toward stagflation.Now, does this mean we are headed to a crash, bang, scary, violent, bad, awful, wrong, impossible, disastrous, hate, worst, hell…. fill in the media headline hyperbole…problem?

How you first got interested in real estate investing- When the 2008 market crash happened we almost lost everything.

I am so much happier once I got out and we started this company prior to the last crash. 

This is especially true with house hacking.The example I give people is look that those who bought the day before the market crashed in 2007.

Timing played a role in my sucess as 2010 was basically the bottom of the financial crash (wish I would have been more aggressive back then :-)).
