Your Wyoming/Nevada/Delaware LLC won't do crap for you if a tenant slips and falls.

In 100% of the cases I have experienced (including one we are working on as we speak) the roomates leave their crap behind and leave the house in a total mess.

You can lose money in a great market, and make money in a crap market if you are investing with a great team out of state. 

I told them to file a claim to see if it would help them but their claim was denied as well....insurance is crap basically.

If you bring quality deals to an investor's attention and don't reuqire them to sift through a bunch of crap, they will respond positively.

"LET'S TO MORE" of the same crap that is PROVEN not to work.

One would have to be nuts to use a fintech bank and a public bank who's credit rating is crap when holding your (or your client's) money.

Most likely his Tacoma free  provided attorney will have the paperwork insisting you pay to store all of his things, but if you're lucky, and they miss this procedure, you can put all of his crap on the curb.
