Give it time, this is getting shredded in court as we speak.

It can take up to three days to serve, then you can file in court after the 3-day period. 

They don't care about doing the right thing they care about hooking, selling and maintaining appearances just long enough to win business. 

You have to understand that without specifics you appear defensive rather than credible (what does "pass all of the checks and have proper income" mean?).

There's definitely a lot of merit to transition over especially when you're at the size/scale you currently appear to be.

Eventually, you will be sued and end up in court.

I may consider more passive investments , but that appears hard to come by.
