There are countless posts over the years with all types of companies selling this stuff.On Facebook I must see 10 suggested posts a week by companies promoting TRAINING, blah,blah,blah.

Now if you have a dollar cost averaging style, flipping/ turn around model, trend following, momentum, or any of a countless number of other philosophies you may not have the same feelings about cash and that's fine. 

I.E. a cap rate, 2% or 1.5% rule or any of the countless others ways of doing it. 

Going back well over a year, there have been countless stories about him on BP.

Otherwise you get to pay extra fees and such.Also, there are countless threads here on BP about LLCs, which states to open them in, etc.

You have weathered business cycles, made countless mistakes and learned from them.

Two days ago I knew absolutely nothing about real estate; countless podcasts and videos later I know much more- enough to make me excited and overwhelmed at the same time. 

I've seen countless investors wind up in financial hardships because they threw money at something instead of treating it like a full time job.Real Estate is not a hobby.
