We list on airbnb and vrbo.There is a ton of hiking, biking and concerts during the summer months but we have not had a lot of interest in bookings during this time, except for long term renters who want it at a low monthly or discounted rate. 

I've made personal friends, met some really interesting people, received backstage passes to concerts, met celebrities, gotten deals, received knowledge, done countless podcasts (three for BP), been offered a book deal (turned it down for now), been contacted by television producers about doing shows (no fit), and established relationships with so many accredited investors that have invested tens of millions in my private offerings.And not one of these things was because I posted "looking for investors" or "looking for deals" or "looking for friends".  

Maybe look for affordable cities that have some kind of draw to them like universities (especially if sporting is big there) or concerts/festivals.

Those vehicles wont really need parking, and they would be networked so that cars could be moved into and out of neighborhoods or areas of high demand, ie a bunch of cars /buses could be ready to pick up people after a movie or a concert or sporting event.

In general contributions into and distributions from entities can be handled without triggering tax consequences but you always want to do this in concert with your tax advisor.Florida is not a community property state.  

Protesting that market rates are too high is like protesting the price of beef, milk, gas, or tickets to a Barbara Streisland concert. 

I have a hard time seeing that worker leaving a family party, a concert, their real job, or an out of state vacation to help you.

I should clarify that I'm also working in-concert with my local credit union in regards to my score and how it may impact loan opportunities with them specifically.

They didn't go on vacation, out to concerts, to the store shopping or out to the restaurant. 

I.E. traffic count/pedestrian activity, proximity to maybe colleges, business, places that draw a lot of people(stadiums, concert venues), uniqueness of the building or what makes it special or some place they would want to have a restaurant.
