My name is Jewett Richardson, and I’m a recent college graduate with a degree in Construction Management.

I've been finishing up my Financial Planning degree at the University of Alabama.

It has approximately $200,000 in equity and currently cash flows about $1500/mo ( we split this cash flow and equity 50/50 with my mother that is my business partner).We have 3 kids and the oldest is about to go to UTK for college.

I can't do college housing, as it's not close to colleges. 

Small college town, 10k-30k people, anywhere from 80k-160k will get you a nice 3 bed 1 bath house.
