Makes me truly happy to see people who understand some of the 'hidden' benefits of CVLI 👍💪👏But, agree with @Thomas Rutkowski in that you'll be hard pressed to find CVLOC rates at present that beat policy loan rates. 

I take those lists and import them to Batch Dialer or Need To Skip and cold call.

Hey guys, I am looking to broaden my cold calling lists and want to add the "tired landlords" to the mix.

And secondly it seems most of the people would be hard pressed to pay for the lunch if it weren't free.

Below 71 degrees they claim is too cold and above 72 is too warm for them.
