Where the land is near, if there is construction in the surrounding area, big city or rural, etc.It's always good to invest in land on the outskirts of big, growing cities, as the land value is lower than in the city but sooner than later the city will grow to encompass that land.

As was the case I handed my home depot to the gut helping me and a check for a 1000 this is two montjhs later some drywall and wiring and one rubber hose.. a real long story but allot of painting and caulking caulking everywhere and everything..so instead of getting my kitchen cabinets and the stove, venting micro and dw..He bought the goods to tile a shower and more a few thousand this was the charming cheapy cabinest and descent stove and dishwasher..anyway ..
