Time to me is 1000x more valuable than money at this stage of my life and if I would much rather take the money I earned and diversify my portfolio into passive investments because I am too busy in my active life.

I invest OOS, and I know I can outsource a Call center to get my calls and set the appointments with the sellers that are interested .

The concern as far as I could tell center around two specific areas (I’m not saying that any of this did happen, just that the posters reported it) .
