You're right about mop and bucket being unsatisfactory for clean up of that type of waste.  

Learn to walk and talk, the last batch I bought, I was driving down a street and noticed an older lady walking out of an empty house with a bucket and mop.

you also will get your equity out of the house and put it to work for you making a lot more return than it will make you sitting in your equity bucket. 

But seeing the world is on my bucket list.

And as a courtesy to anyone who would smoke, I'd put a decorative ash can or bucket outside for their use as a way to deter them from leaving butts all over the place.Then I would suggest to them that they empty the can/bucket at least once a week.
