Unless your going to go on some type of rant about how your braking the laws, or flat out admin your doing what they are claiming.. it don’t matter.Little advice, your a landlord.

The other nice thing is the locks are available at every big box (Lowes, Home Depot, Menards) and available in many colors and styles, including versions with key pads which may be good for STR.I am not sure on the commons area, that may be a gap.Kwikset also has a landlord version that accepts a master key.

Also vacancies can make or brake you.

My current idea is to acquire a mobile home lot in Arizona (not in a park, just a single residential lot near many other privately owned lots for MH's), seller finance the MH if possible, and rent the lot.. kind of like a single-pad MHP. 

The AC maintenance is minimal with "swamp coolers" that we have here in NM, and my husband does that, so it doesn't add much expense, just new pads each year.  

Why are you in the alley pushing pills when you have a legit license and an RX pad?!

It would eliminate the problem I’m having with doodoo guests that can’t operate the Schlage key pad.

Granted, the risks are minimized and not removed, but buying newer adds some padding.  

You could go with a stand alone key pad and electronic strike as well. 

We typically advertise on Realtor, Zillow, hot pads, etc.
