I said no to gifts and explained my reasons why, I was bombarded with being called every name in the book, I left the group.

The problem is, is when I search for or make any inquiries about real estate investing, I get absolutely bombarded and overwhelmed with all these classes that people want you to take and pay for.

I have tried apps like Angi and  Homeadvisor and got bombarded with so many calls and didnt find anything reliable. 

I am constantly bombarded with VA refi offer letters that look incredibly tempting with a 100% cash out option through certain underwriting companies.

The agent will get bombarded with agent and investor calls and you'll wind up competing. 

A couple days later the ad was down, I assumed they got bombarded with emails and just took it down and had enough interest for the open house tomorrow.  

I actually am a real estate agent,  and I haven't been showing my own rental listings this year because I have two rehabs going, so instead of putting 2 of the 3 properties of our current rentals that became available this year on the internet and getting bombarded with all of that, I listed the properties *only* in MLS, blocked the feed to the internet, and am letting other agents deal with showing them.  

. #1 rule is no Spam.We also didn't like being bombarded with solicitations, so we added that to our rules as well.

In our area we get bombarded from lawyers right after the assessments come out.  

@Derek Caldwell  this is were direct mail comes in very handy... 99% of yellow letter folks target the exact same thing... so people with those assets get bombarded with the exact same letter with virtually the same lingo in each... so that's why the response rate in quality areas is so low.you would be pleasantly surprised to see how well direct mail will work for unimproved land.. as folks just don't get direct mail for their land.. and your response rate will go up.plus if you really want something you can call them as well.There are specialty ad publications that just specialize in recreational land.. if your looking for infill type lots then its mail and drive.
