As an aspiring real estate investor I like the idea of being able to invest in real estate, notes, metals, and lend privately to others through a self-directed IRA.

In the last year the central ac has been replaced, a new metal roof installed , and a new water heater.

I use it all the time for certain things I need to pay monthly.If I fell that the tenant met all the criteria to qualify, I would simply suggest they use the same approach.

If on a concrete slab I would seriously consider a metallic epoxy finish.
