There are many different areas in Atlanta, with different atmospheres so if you do your research you might find an area that fits you best.

Are they city people who would enjoy yard games, fire pits, pools, "instagram worthy" atmosphere? 

Also, be prepared for a more business-friendly atmosphere forming an LLC here compared to CA is less than half the price.

We are moving into a sky high taxation atmosphere, decent chances that C-class is going to be very sec8 dependent.

They prefer to not live in a “college area” as they would rather pay extra to have peace and quiet and not have to worry about parties and just the loud atmosphere overall.

Anyways you didn't ask for this information but I just thought I put it out there in this atmosphere just in case anyone had some advice with that.

But he is hesitant to buy in the current economic atmosphere and is anticipating a significant correction to the housing market within the next 6 months and is not looking to buy anything until the spring of '21 when he feels this climate will be subdued.
