Hi all, I was getting excited and learning about RE investing , but came across this article which scared me a bit as far as liability and actually building wealth with investing.

I'm reading up on books and articles on how to do this but sometimes it's easier to join social groups or talk to people close to me that have done it before.Right now my goal is to get pre-approved for a loan and to learn from others.

The articles conclusions MAY be self serving - we need to look closely  to perceive any motivations for WHY the writer is producing the article. 

It started with a completely redesigned website, and included monthly tasks such as articles (most of which I wrote and the SEO expert modified - edited, placement of articles and comments etc in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., keyword optimization, and about 20 other things I have little or no familiarity with.  

If the 10 year treasury is at 5% which is guaranteed, investors will want a risk premium for the mortgage backed security which here is a great article on it.
