As long as your primary residence on your drivers license is updated correctly and you fill out this new residence as primary application, it may be no problem.

I also checked in our executive meeting and your property is being marketed $100 above the range we gave you and has a resident application.  

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

What is on the insurance application that you signed? 

Maybe the landlord isn't responding because they don't see the applicant as meeting their criteria. 

If you receive a loan application that reads: How many flips have you completed in the last xyz years?

However, it's important to note that this is only applicable within the city limits.

Right now I use an VA from the Philippines to respond to all my leasing questions (from Facebook, email, text, and phone) and help with application screening and it's been working great for over 5 years!
