I sank every dollar my rentals provided back in to paying off debt and acquiring more properties.

I’m still focused on wholesaling at the moment, but my goal is to eventually acquire rental properties of my own.

The assets I see them actually acquire do not correlate to the money they've raised.

Also be open to knowing that you are acquiring a series of problems.You're in the solution business. 

My suggestion would be to manage it yourself for 1-2 years, then as you acquire more rental properties, you can start using a PM. 

My partner and I are in our 40's looking to acquire multi-family properties out of state for cashflow.   

I believe their is a strategy here to acquire, stablize and liquidate along the way to build a self funding cash machine.  

My goal for next year is scale and acquire at least 5 more properties (preferably multifamily).

Housing main issues are permitting, cost to build, ROI projections, and availability in areas that have zero infrastructure to set up to acquire demand.I read somewhere on here before about people disagreeing there is a housing short.
