While I am familiar with the ADA response to this topic -essentially all favorable to a tenant, but it appears there is an abuse of the definition as they are all employed, functional individuals who leave the assistive pet at home all day.

But they have so often been abused to hide things…..I’d be wary of using them to hide a foreign LLC from a state where one is in fact "doing business", as defined by that state.Do out of state entities provide superior asset protection to local LLC’s?
