Hey B.P My quest into Orlando begins this December, I am looking to invest in multi families and to achieve a 'house hack' with the capital I have raised here in New Zealand.

I’m a relatively new invester in Auckland, New Zealand and I’m not sure how common the practice of direct marketing for leads is.

It’s just here as an example of what is possible in a relatively short time.TLDR; My progression from $50k in debt to $1M+ net worth in 3 yearsBackground:I was born in the Philippines, moved to New Zealand with my parents and siblings in high school, then moved to the US when I married @Chris LemireChris and I started our newlywed life and working career with about 50k of my student loan debt in 2014.

I'm Travelling from New Zealand, especially for that.

We are also in the midst of starting the conception phase of a vacation rental property in New Zealand.

Then eventually I flew from New Zealand to Memphis and lived there for a year and set up my own team.  

So....I really want to get into real estate with the goal of being able to choose to work than having to work in the future.I have a reasonable amount of money saved for a deposit and potentially a lot more via parents etc.I want to get into the buy and hold to get rental income to then grow to feed my next purchase and so on.All fairly simple so far.I live in Qatar for work and i want to invest in either New Zealand or UK, but preferably NZ.Here is my sticking point.

I invest in the Christchurch (New Zealand) market.
