What ate your goals? 

warning, not for the faint of heart or those who ate, are eating, or going to eat anytime son!

These things ate into my cash flow even without a mortgage.

Better than before, but still, the carpet was 4.5 years old and I never once wore shoes in there or ate or drank in carpeted areas.

May not be the cheapest around, however they have a great success ate of people that pass their exam the first time through.  

You name it, we've eaten there, and we always ate the best: Lobster, crab legs, crab cakes, steaks, etc. etc.

Unless you are buying land and water rights on a Ted Turner scale (or maybe somewhat less than that) there probably isn't much opportunity to make money buying water rights.Just my $0.02. 

@Ryan Jackson, I'm capped out at E-6 due to manning, and losing my airframe soon (new jet coming eliminates the Flight Engineer position), so big changes are coming for me regardless of whether I want them.I'm coming to the conclusion that nothing will change until I pick the right 6 numbers on a Lotto ticket, or I pack up and move.Again, appreciate the welcome.  

Without the deduction for the house, our taxes about ate us alive.
