I actually went to a Tony Robbins event this past weekend and did the fire walk. I

As I walk, I write down addresses of crappy rentals and distressed properties, and approach just about every adult I see outside.  

Our inherited residents have gone up a little slower over time and they sit at about $600 average right now in their way up in the next 6 months to those $650.00 a unit rents.Please feel free to message me and we can talk.  I

The talk is for about 30 towers.Notice all the cranes at Ala Moana.  

So by being able to talk the talk and walk the walk, I get taken seriously which I believe gives me an edge in working with other agents.
