Scientifically, when paint is applied to a sharp edge, the law of surface tension pulls the coating to either side leaving an extremely thin/ non- existent coating on the sharp edge, often right where hands are placed.

Everyone knows they have almost no transactions these days.I could perfectly understand if they had written something telling honestly that due to the crisis, they have some cash issues, but they'll end up paying us and apologize, etc...but I have no tolerance for lies this big.I guess they will got (or already got) their PPP loan which will indirectly ease the tension on cash they are suffering from, even though those funds are not supposed to be used to pay us, but since they used our funds to pay their charges (payroll is probably their largest line), with PPP they'll put back that cash to the hosts.

This doesn't cover the cost for the new washers and dryers, repairs or maybe not even the water and gas, but I believe the nice laundry rooms and low prices are an important perk that relieves the tenant's tensions on a daily basis.

Otherwise it’s only a matter of time before all your tenants start complaining about who used up more utilities than the other  which can cause tension in the house and little arguments and drama that you do not want to deal with specially as a new landlord if that is where you’re at right now.

If not the pool may not even work, and over time pools can raise if they're left empty as groundwater runs under them and the fluid tension pushes them up.
