If you came home and found a local teenager in your bedroom loading your valuables into a pillow case ,would you call the police or offer him a few hundred bucks to stop stealing all your stuff and leave ?

The Pinellas County Urban League as well as many other community organizations have many programs in place for grade school children, teenagers through young adult.

They THINK because they put their lives on the line, they are better than every one else.I could give the example of the COP who killed 3 teenagers here a few years ago because he was TOO LAZY to park his patrol car correctly, ie.

I am sure you can find a tenant who is looking for an in-law suite for an elderly relative or younger teenager. 

Otherwise, the tenants' teenagers will be taking hour long hot showers.But I digress. 

Positives are they pay above market rent because they realize that it may be difficult to deal with teenagers and evicting them could be a PR nightmare, and banks love seeing reputable organizations on a 3 year lease. 

I am looking for any advice on how to prepare for such a career as a teenager; whether it be books to read, articles, ways to get more experience, or tips on skills and habits to develop.
